The Henny Penny HEN140402 Fryer Control Board with Thumb Drive EEG-25X operates by receiving the input of the sensors and user settings to transmit electrical signals that control appliance operations including temperature, timing and cycle sequencing. The board responds to probe and control input data by turning on heating elements, alarming, and outputting based upon programming in the integrated thumb drive. It is installed in the control compartment of a compatible system machine where the wiring harness and user interface are connected.
