The Henny Penny 14967 Holding Cabinet Water Valve Replacement Kit controls the flow of water within the cabinets moisture system by opening and closing the valve when electrical current is applied. It works at 208V and assists in controlling the amount of water required to create humidity in a holding cycle. It is mounted in the compatible HCW 930 and HCW 980 models, usually in close proximity to the supply and internal plumbing assembly.
