Description

The Henny Penny 152165 Fryer Check Valve & Plumbing Assembly LVG20X controls the directional flow of the hot oil in the internal piping system of the appliance. This element works by enabling the liquid to flow towards, the vat and preventing backflow which may disrupt the filtration process. The assembly is installed in the lower plumbing manifold, and the pump lines are attached to the main fry pot. This component makes the inner circulation loop have uniform fluid dynamics by balancing pressure. It is a connection between the drainage area, and heating reservoir to ensure the effective transportation of oil.
