Description

The Henny Penny 153417-002 Fryer Pump JIB 115V is an electrical energy-to-mechanical rotation conversion that powers the internal pumping mechanism. This flow takes oil out of the reservoir via the filtration system and returns it into the fry pot at a constant flow rate. The unit is attached to the inside chassis of the commercial deep fryer and the motor shaft is connected to the pump housing. This assembly is powered by a standard 115V power supply and acts as the main mechanical driver of the oil management system when conducting a filtration cycle.
