Description

The Henny Penny 50716 Actuator Auto Lift Motor 24 VDC operates the automatic lift system of the fryer basket which allows the fryer basket to move up and down properly in cooking cycles. It operates by converting electrical energy to regulated mechanical motion so as to raise, and lower the basket in a smooth way. This motor is installed in the lift assembly and is attached to the drive linkage. It enables the constant positioning of baskets and controls their functioning with the rest of the compatible commercial frying machines.
