Description

The Henny Penny 68510 Pressure Fryer Valve Diverter W/O Handle 3/4" directs the flow of the hot oil through a three-quarter-inch internal passage to enable the flow to be diverted between the fry pot and the filtration system. This is a mechanical part that makes use of a rotating internal ball or plug to close or open certain ports depending on the position of the stem attached. The diverter is fitted in the plumbing manifold under the cooking vat and linked directly to the high-temperature oil lines so that it drains properly.
