Description

The Henny Penny 77574 Fryer Contactor 3-Pole 50A is an electrically operated switch, which opens and closes internal contacts to control the flow of high current to heating elements. As the regulator board of the unit sends a signal of 208V to the induction coil, a magnetic field causes the three poles to be pulled to close the electrical circuit. The part or system also recycles power according to the requirements of the thermostat to ensure that the part operates at the required temperature to ensure uniform cooking sessions.
