Henny Penny 95354 Retainer Spreader Element

The Henny Penny 95354 Retainer Spreader Element is a replacement heating element that circulates electrical heat in a fryer or oven cavity by transferring the energy in the resistive coils of the element into the space. The activated element heats when it is in use, and the spreader stores and channels the heat to the area of interest to assist in maintaining a uniform thermal distribution during the cooking cycles. It is fitted into the cooking or heating compartment of the appliance, where the element is mounted. The control system and other heating parts assist in ensuring uniformity in the internal temperatures during operation.
