Description

The Pitco B5307401-C Electric High-Limit Assembly AG/MG14 is a temperature safety control system, which is used to assist in monitoring, and limiting the amount of heat within an electric fryer system. It monitors the temperature of oil and interrupts the flow of power to the heating circuit when preset limits are exceeded. This unit is mounted on the fryer control compartment and is wired in series with the heating coils, and main thermostat. It may be applied to a fryer system as a protective that assists in preventing overheating conditions.
