The Garland CK2113600 Fryer High Limit Thermostat 24" Cap Auto Reset is used to measure the temperature and cut off the heating circuit when a preset limit is reached to avoid overheating. It is attached where there is a need to monitor the temperature and is connected to the control system of the fryer. When the temperature goes too high, it switches off and then it switches back to normal once the conditions are restored to normal, which then allows normal functioning to resume.
