The Holman HM-197901 Conveyor Toaster Quartz Element Ceramic End to End 208V uses, radiant heat to toast bread and other food components. This element is 16-1/4" end to end and has ceramic ends, which are used to maintain constant thermal output when operating continuously at 208 volts. It is typically fitted to conveyor-style machines in foodservice facilities like restaurants, delis and cafeterias. It produces the regulated heat needed to produce uniform browning, and consistent toasting results throughout the entire service.
