The Hobart 00-009062 Mixer Cam Plate will move the motion of the drive mechanism of the appliance to the bowl lift system by changing the rotational movement into the linear movement required to lift and lower the bowl. It is interacting with other gears and linkages such that as the mixer is operating. This cam plate is fitted in the transmission assembly of the mixer which is mounted on the bowl lift mechanism where it engages with the lift shaft and other related parts to provide coordinated movement when performing mixing operations.
