Description

The Hobart 00-108583-00001 Carbon Steel Plate is a processing part designed for use in compatible #32 food grinding equipment. It has 3/8 openings and acts as a sizing plate to control the final particle size of the product which passes through the grinder. The food is pushed through the plate during operation and the output size is consistent, thanks to the auger and cutting system of the grinder. The plate is installed at the end of the grinding head, and it cooperates with the knives and retaining parts.
