Description

The Hobart 00-267563-00002 High Limit Thermostat is a cutoff part used to protect commercial cooking equipment from excessive temperature conditions. It remains inactive during normal operation but responds when internal heat levels rise beyond safe limits interrupting the control circuit to prevent equipment damage or unsafe operation. Installed at a designated sensing point within the appliances heating zone the part is mechanically tied to the temperature monitoring system and works alongside heating elements control switches wiring harnesses, and other protective parts.
