Description

The Hobart 00-873057 Grease Deflector effectively prevents oil and food runoff from contaminating internal mechanical parts during appliance operations. This deflector works on the concept of a shaped barrier surface that guides the downward flow of liquid and particulate into collection areas, while it does not allow any buildup on sensitive drive or motor parts. This is achieved through gravity-assisted deflection paths. Deflector setup is within the equipment housings near the processing or grinding chamber, where it mounts to internal frame points during assembly and service procedures.
