Hobart 00-919523 Dishwasher Electric Heat Plate

The Hobart 00-919523 Dishwasher Electric Heat Plate transfers electrical energy into thermal output for warming water within compatible washing equipment. When energized, its heating surface raises the surrounding water temperature as current passes through the internal element. This part is positioned in the lower section of the wash chamber, where it remains near the water during operation. The assembly connects to the machine’s electrical circuit through designated terminals, allowing power to reach the heating element. It operates as part of the temperature-control system used during washing cycles in commercial foodservice equipment.
