Description

The Hobart 875785 Foot Switch Assembly works by pressing a floor-mounted pedal that uses an internal electrical button when pressed to complete the circuit to start or control equipment connected to it. The pedal is released to break the circuit and cease operation and is used to provide intermittent regulation. This is placed on the floor close to mixer-grinder units that are compatible and where it is connected to the wiring of the machine to be used in hands-free mode. It acts as an external control interface in commercial food preparation settings.
