Description

The Hobart 913102-00169 Gas Valve Kit W/Reducing Bushing White is a spare fuel control assembly to fit a compatible commercial oven. It consists of a gas valve and suitable reducing bushings to fit the proper size of the pipe during normal setup. It is mounted in the gas feed line and is controlled by the control signals of the oven to control the amount of fuel fed to the burner to ensure it is ignited and produces the required heat.
