Description

The Hatco HT02-40-002 Toaster Diode is used to regulate the amount of electrical current that is sent to heating components to enable the appliance to work. It also guides the current in one direction preventing electrical backflow that may interfere with the system. This is programmed to fit in the internal circuitry, into a specific slot to ensure electrical operation and facilitate a steady operation. It is installed in area within the unit and is therefore part of the electrical assembly of the skillet without changing the appearance of the appliance.
