Description

The Pitco B6783401 Fryer Ignition Cable with Ground Wire 20" is an electrical conductor that conducts the module to the electrode to produce a spark during start-up. The ground wire attached is a part of the circuit to provide consistency. It is internal and is installed between the control and the burner assembly and is passed through the area. This element is in a gas to assist in the cycle when the burner is being switched on and when it is cycling.

Step1: Disconnect fryer from power and shut off gas supply.
