The Frymaster 8261721 Ignition Cable Kit fits MJ45 and MJ50 commercial fryers and links the ignition system to the burner so that it can produce sparks to allow safe and consistent lighting of the burner. Fitted in the burner box of the appliance, the cables will provide the correct electrical conductivity and maintain the correct ignition timing. This ignition cable kit is used in restaurants and other food service settings and is a component of efficient fryer operation, ignition failures and safe and uninterrupted cooking performance during operation.
