Description

The Legion 431138 Direct Spark Ignition Module W/11 Sec Lockout 5EA 1/4" Tab Terminals operates by generating a high-voltage spark to ignite a gas-air mixture in heating equipment during the ignition cycle. It operates through an internal control circuit that receives a call-for-heat signal, then activates the spark electrode while simultaneously opening the gas valve to initiate combustion. If ignition is not detected within the 11-second safety window, the module enters lockout mode to halt operation, and prevent continued gas flow until reset.
