The Garland 4602646 Ignition Module Kit works by responding to an electrical signal sent by the thermostat to start a spark that lights up the pilot light or burner. The flame is then monitored by integrated sensors to keep the flow of gas on only when a steady fire is detected, and this keeps the operation cycle. This element is installed in the inside compartment of the control of compatible commercial kitchen appliances and is not exposed to direct heat. It is the main electronic regulator of the heating process, and it sets the timing and sequence of the ignition parts.
