Manufacturer:
The Cleveland 05101 Convection Steamer Ignitor Electrode produces a spark to start the burner and the heating process to create steam to cook. It works on the concept of producing a high-voltage arc between the electrode and the burner so that the ignition sequence is always the same whenever the steamer is turned on. This part is attached in the combustion chamber of the steamer, near the burner so that the spark can easily ignite the gas. It is designed to fit directly to the ignition system of the steamer ensuring that there is proper alignment and space to ensure high performance.
