The Groen 145912 Ignition/Runner Tube BPM-40G directs gas flowing through the supply source to the burner region, which allows sufficient delivery of fuel during start-up. It operates by directing the flow in the direction of its length to aid in the ignition process when the flame is set and sustained once the system has been turned on. This is a tube that is fitted inside the burner assembly of the unit, between the gas inlet and the ignition parts to provide the proper direction of the flow of the fuel.
