Description

The Imperial IMP32261 Door Seal is a perimeter sealing part designed to maintain a tight closure between the convection oven door, and cabinet frame in compatible cooking equipment. It is positioned along the door edge to form a continuous barrier that allows reduced heat loss while keeping cooking temperatures stable inside the chamber. Installed on ICV and ICVD series ovens, the seal interfaces directly with the door assembly and cabinet opening, working alongside hinges, latches and insulation structures. Its purpose is to support consistent thermal retention and efficient oven performance by limiting air leakage during operation.
