Garland G6295-1 Gas Broiler Incoloy Mesh Screen

The Garland G6295-1 Incoloy Mesh Screen is a heat distribution part for commercial gas broilers. It is made from Incoloy alloy and is positioned directly above the burner assembly to spread flame and heat evenly across the cooking surface. Installed within the broiler cavity, it allows for efficient contact with food items, supporting uniform browning and searing while protecting internal burner parts from direct exposure to grease or debris. It is used to maintain consistent cooking performance, regulate flame exposure, and extend the operational period of the broiler by shielding burners from intense thermal.
