Description

The Blodgett 36616 Indicator Knob is a control component that is used in the convection ovens to adjust and display temperature or operational settings. It is firmly attached to the control shaft of the oven and gives the user accurate manual control when cooking or baking. This knob allows one to have a clear visual reference to the settings that have been selected and also provides a uniform control of the operations of the ovens. It is a common system in commercial kitchens, and a major point of contact between the operator and the internal control system of the oven.
