The APW Wyott 69104-EGO Infinite Switch 13A 208V is used to regulate the power flow to heating elements, by varying voltage changes, which enables the temperature to be controlled accurately. It works on a rotary system that adjusts the resistance, which consequently changes the current flow to the appliance. The switch is intended to be fitted in commercial cooking equipment in the back of the control panel. It is essential to ensure that the heat level can be adjusted so that the operator can control cooking processes effectively.
