The Star Mfg 2J-3006098 Conveyor Toaster Infinite is used to control the conveyor speed and heat in compatible Star conveyor toasters. It has a horizontal pulley mount and is a 3/16-inch shaft based to control the flow of electrical power to ensure uniform operation. It is installed on the control panel to enable the toasting intensity and movement to be adjusted accurately. Such a switch is necessary to maintain a consistent operation and consistent results in commercial food service settings.
