The Star Mfg 2J-3006098 Conveyor Toaster Infinite Switch W/Horizontal Palnut Mount is an electrical part that regulates the amount of electricity sent to the heating elements and enables the toasting speed and temperature to be adjusted. It works by rotating a dial which varies the resistance in the circuit and controls the amount of power supplied to the conveyor system. which can be screwed directly onto the frame of the toaster. This component has a 3/16" design, rated at 5 AMP and operated at 120V, and fits the commercial toasting equipment perfectly.
