The Garland 1008899 IR Burner is a high-quality infrared burner designed for grilling applications. This burner has dimensions of 19 x 5 inches 21.5 inches in total length and is made of steel and ceramic to provide a long service period. It consists of a bracket and an opening point which facilitates its installation and the flow of the gas. Developed to work with Garland broilers 7-40/the 50S, 8-40/50S, 76-40/50R, 6-40/50S, 76-49/50R, and 78-40/50R, this infrared burner ensures excellent heat distribution for grilling. The burner operates by emitting infrared heat for fast and uniform cooking, which gives a high cooking rate and short cooking time.
