The Jade Range 1015610000 Jet Burner is an 8” diameter cast iron LP burner designed for use in high performance cooking. This model comes with 18 precision duck jets with LP orifice size and has a power of 125,000 BTUs making it suitable for use in commercial kitchens for stock pot and wok cooking. It is made of heavy cast iron for longevity, and has a 1/2” FPT inlet for easy connection. Ideal for Dynamic Cooking Systems, suitable for Imperial range series ICRA and ISP-J, this burner provides high and effective heat for fast and uniform cooking, increasing efficiency in intense kitchen conditions.
