Imperial 1273 Jet Burner 23-Tip 9" DIA CI

A high-output commercial jet burner used in gas cooking systems, this component generates concentrated heat through multiple brass jet openings positioned across a 9-inch cast iron body. It is designed with a 1/2" FPT inlet and configured for LP operation, delivering up to 100,000 BTU for demanding cooking environments that require strong direct flame output. This burner is typically installed in commercial wok ranges and high-heat cooking stations where rapid heat response and focused flame control are required. The cast iron construction helps maintain structural stability during continuous use while supporting even heat distribution across the burner surface. When an existing burner becomes blocked or produces uneven flame patterns, replacing it can restore proper combustion and improve heating output during cooking operations.

Equipment Compatibility:
Common applications for Imperial jet burners include commercial wok ranges, oriental cooking stations, and heavy-duty gas range systems used in restaurant kitchens where high-heat direct flame cooking is required. This Jet Burner 1273 is compatible with commercial equipment from leading brands such as American Range, Imperial, and Rankin-Delux, and more, where high-BTU jet flame output is required for reliable cooking operation.
