Description

The Vollrath K157 Blade Assembly cuts fruits and vegetables into uniform 1/4-inch pieces by guiding ingredients through a grid of sharpened blades during manual food preparation. Designed for the food processor, the blade assembly operates with the matching pusher head to produce consistent cuts in a single downward stroke while maintaining the selected cut size. This is installed inside compatible food processors, where it operates as part of the cutting system. It works with the pusher head, guide assembly, and base to process fruits and vegetables during food preparation.
