Description
The Lang K9-40102-61 Griddle Control Module is an electronic replacement control that may be installed in a compatible appliance, and it is aware of the Sage control interface. It regulates the temperature of the surface by accepting the input of the user and internal temperature sensors and adjusting power to the heating components in the griddle to maintain the cooking conditions. This unit is mounted at the back of the control panel and is linked to the temperature probe, display and safety circuits.
