Garland 4512145 HI-LO Knob Assembly is a replacement control knob that fits on commercial cooking equipment that is compatible. It comes with a D-stem adapter, set screw, and dial insert in black and silver, enabling it to fit firmly on the control shaft of the appliance and to provide easy heat setting selection. It is fitted on the front control panel and allows operators to control the output or level of operation of the burner with visual reference to the built-in dial. The user control interface of the equipment, it enables effective and precise adjustments in the process of foodservice.
