The Garland 4512141 Infrared Broiler Thermostat Knob Dial works by rotating to choose the desired setting, and then the thermostat can regulate the amount of heat to turn on. The dial is adjusted between 150°C and 500°C, which gives a better visual reference of the setting ranges. This knob is designed to fit in a D-mount hub directly on the control shaft of a range, and thus it is convenient to add to existing kitchen equipment. It has a small profile of 2-1/2" in diameter with clear indicators to adjust the temperature.
