The Southbend 1189600 Sectional Metal Knob W/Insert regulates the amount of gas to the broiler and enables the flame intensity to be adjusted to cook. It works through rotation of the knob, opening or closing the valve to control supply of gas. This knob is designed to fit on the front panel of the compatible broiler units and it fits over the valve stem to ensure easy operation and easy access during use. The standard design and compact size of the product can be easily replaced.
