The Vulcan Hart 00-412251-00001 Range Knob Infinite Switch Off-High is a user interface control part that is used in compatible commercial gas or electric ranges. The knob is connected to an infinite switch on the control panel so that the operator can vary the burner heat settings between off and high in continuous steps instead of discrete steps. It is mounted on the front of the range and is linked to the internal control shaft and changes rotational input into variable power or gas flow changes.
