The Imperial 2721 Oven Burner Valve Knob Chrome On/Off 2-3/8" Dia controls gas flow by attaching to the stem. rotating to align internal valve positions for opening or shutting off, the supply by rotating clockwise. The knob converts rotational movement into indexed on/off settings that regulate burner operation through the valve mechanism for controlled adjustment of flame state. The chrome-finished knob fits onto the control valve shaft and is positioned on the front control panel of the oven for direct access during operation level.
