Description

The Lang LG2R70701-28 Knob 1-3/8" DIA is attached to a control shaft to enable one to choose and adjust the settings on cooking appliances. It glides over the tube and fits over it, matching the control indicator. This is placed on the front control panel of compatible units, and it is placed in a position where it can be grabbed and turned by the operators to alter settings. It acts as the screen for the user to choose temperature, operation, or power settings on the control cluster of the appliance.
