The Frymaster 8102035 Fryer Thermostat Knob 400°-200°F is a setting part that is adjusted by turning the knob to adjust the contact position, which varies when the control circuit requires heat. The knob, in turn, rotates the dial across the temperature range to choose the desired setpoint. It is attached to the control panel of compatible fryers and is mounted on the thermostat shaft, displaying the temperature markings on the outside. This knob is to be replaced in case it is damaged, broken or no longer fits the thermostat correctly during regular operation.
