The Vulcan Hart 00-420560-00001 Griddle Gas Valve Knob is a control interface system that can be used to regulate the amount of gas flowing to a griddle burner. It is attached to the front control panel and enables the operators to control the amount of heat being emitted during the cooking process by rotating the valve stem to the required position. This knob is usually used with commercial gas griddles in kitchens and foodservice restaurants. It enables the gas control system to be adjusted to specific temperatures and to maintain the same control system.
