The Jade Range 3000012131 Burner Knob 2-1/2″ activates a control shaft to control the flow of gas by converting rotary movement to the underlying valve mechanism. Its shaped design is placed on the control stem, and one can choose the preferred setting on the gas valve. It is attached to the front panel of compatible cooking equipment where a control knob is required to adjust the burner. This burner knob is in diameter and is used in applications that feature that size and type of gas valve interface in commercial kitchen ranges.
