Description

The Bakers Pride L5009V Charbroiler Burner 14-3/4" OD is a heat source that combines gas and air and then ignites the mixture to cause the flames to run along the length of the burner. The burner produces a pattern of flame when gas passes through it, and the ignition source sparks, which provide heat to the cooking surface above. It is installed beneath the grates or cooking surface of compatible char broilers, ranges, or ovens, attached to the gas manifold and aligned with the burner ports. This burner is to be used as a replacement when it is warped or corroded.
