Description

The Lang 30801-03 Convection Oven 5 Hour Mechinal Timer operated by counting down a time interval manually set and by making internal switch contacts when the time is up. It is intended mechanically in terms of timing regulation, without electronic parts, by the use of gears and springs to provide mechanical adjustment by a rotating dial. This timer is installed on the control panel of the oven and is connected to the operating circuit, which controls cooking cycles. It is applied in determining cooking times coordinating turn-offs and controlling timed baking or roasting activities.
