Description

The Lang 60101-63 Dual Gas Solenoid Valve Kit controls the flow of gas to burners by opening or closing the gas path to burners by use of solenoids that are electrically operated. The signals of the control system control the relays, and several gas lines can be regulated separately. The valve kit is attached to the gas manifold or the back of the control panel of the equipment and is attached to the burner assemblies. It can be installed in electrical wiring and mounting hardware to be installed with compatible gas-fired units.
This Dual Solenoid Valve Kit, designed for Lang ovens including GCCO-A, GCCO-C, GCCO-S, GCCO-SII, GHS-S, and GHS-T models, features 1/2" FPT gas inlet and 3/8" FPT gas outlet. It operates at 25V and handles 155,000 BTU of natural gas. The kit includes piping and is compatible with units featuring pulse fan systems with specific serial numbers. Ideal for commercial kitchen setups, it ensures reliable gas flow control and safety, meeting the stringent requirements of Lang oven models for efficient and safe operation in demanding culinary environments.
