Description

The Lang LG11090-16 Element produces a thermal output of 11kW when powered to a 208/240V power supply and enables the heating of the oven cavity to be done uniformly. It evenly spreads heat in its metal body, which keeps the necessary cooking temperature within its operation. This component is fitted in commercial ovens, and in most cases, it is mounted on the inside cavity where it has a direct contribution to the heating of the appliance.
