Description

The Lang PS11010361 Range Hot Plate Kit 5000W 480V generates cooking heat by heating internal components that radiate and transfer heat to the hot plate surface. The elements are powered by electrical input to ensure that the temperature of the surface remains constant at all times. The kit is mounted on top of the range, and it is fitted inside the special hot plate socket. Its design allows the heating surface to be aligned with cookware with internal wiring and mounting hardware covered under the range surface.
