Lang LG11160-09 Quartz Element 1800W 208V

The Lang LG11160-09 Quartz Heating Element provides radiant heat for our commercial cooking equipment which operates at 208V and 1800W for better and even heating operation. It works by passing electric current through a quartz element which in turn produces infrared heat for broiling, toasting and warming applications. Placed within the heating chamber this element hooks up to the equipments electrical system using compatible mounting and terminal connections. It allows for even heat distribution, which in turn maintains constant cooking temperatures shortens heat-up time and ensures consistent performance in commercial kitchen conditions.
